résumé :	Ce rapport effectue un point sur l'utilisation des sites internet et des applications smartphone par les HSH (Homme ayant des relations sexuelles avec des hommes) en Europe. Une revue de la littérature regroupée selon sept hypothèses différentes permet de mieux évaluer la situation. Les sept hypothèses travaillées sont les suivantes : - Augmente le nombre des partenaires sexuels - Offre aux HSH de nouvelles opportunités de communiquer et de se rencontrer, hors sexualité - Contribue au succès des négociations sexuelles - Facilite le mélange de réseaux sexuels autrefois séparés (âge, pratiques sexuelles...) - Facilite l'organisation de sex party privées où l'on utilise des drogues récréationnelles - Facilite le tourisme HSH en Europe - Sert souvent de point de contact avec le milieu HSH pour les jeunes homosexuels
